Unfortunately, as each drainage service visit can be for different issue's, we cannot guarantee an exact time for the appointment, however we can offer a morning or afternoon visit and our office will keep you informed and update you when our staff are enroute to your property.
Our standard terms and conditions for household blockages are pay on completion, we accept card payments, cheques or cash. If for any reason you require for us to invoice you, please discuss this with our office on 01224 701788 and we can arrange an invoice for you
Diamond Drainage offer a transparent service, a full detailed report will be provided including all details of the work along with equipment used and photographs to keep for your records.
Usually weekends and evenings are for emergencies only, however if it is to work around your schedule we can certainly accommodate when required, although a small additional charge would be applied, if you require an appointment at the weekend or evening, please contact our office on 01224 701788
