Finding out that you have a blocked sewer drain is a stressful situation for any house owner. When it happened to me I booked Diamond Drainage to come and see if they could unblock it. I was very impressed with the technician who arrived on site as planned. He soon assessed the situation and proceeded to clear the blockage and showed me what had caused the blockage. He succeeded to cut away a tree root ball that had broken through a clay drainage gully pot. I am very impressed with this company's professionalism

Over the last couple of months I have experienced three different drainage companies from Ellon and Aberdeen try to identify and resolve a recurring slow drainage/waste water back-up issue at my house. The first two companies, having failed to resolve the issue and the second (Lanes) breaking my drain cover and not bothering to tell me, I contacted Diamond Drainage based on the excellent ratings online.
